Relevant Professional Experience:

Dr. Cj Horn is a Professor of Cyberspace and the Department Chair for Cyberspace Leadership & Joint Education at the National Defense University’s Information Resources Management College.   Previously, Cj served more than 24 years in the US Army as an Armor officer and Strategist.  Highlights of his service included assignments in Germany, Korea, the United States Military Academy, the Pentagon, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan.  Cj earned a B.S. in History from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his M.A. and Ph.D. in History from The Ohio State University.

Cj has been involved in teaching a variety of other courses here at the iCollege to include: Measuring Organizational Performance (MOP), Strategies for Process Improvement (PRI), Organizational Culture for Strategic Leaders (OCL), Web-Enabled Government (WGV), Information Operations (IOS), Information Warfare (IWS) and the Advanced Management Program (AMP).
